Escrotious Intent

-To subvert sound opinion and gut feelings with facts and logic.

-To ignore one's inner voice and instead choosing to follow documented facts

Bill knew that what he thought was true because he just knew it... knew it in his gut, regardless of facts and logic. Dave's attempt to blur Bill's reasoning with legal documents was escrotious.

Your Honor, I object on the basis of escrotious intent. My client knows what she feels and the court should accept that.
