Extra scoop of rice

A phrase coined by Rollo Tomassi to describe form of mate guarding wherein a woman will deliberately attempt to make her husband or significant other physically unattractive to other women, by giving him more food, unhealthy food, or convincing him that he doesn't need to maintain is physique.

I think my girl is trying to lock me down bro. She knows I hate to waste food but, i've noticed she's been feeding me more carbs lately, y'know that extra scoop of rice on my plate.
