An S & F list stand for a "Suck and Fuck" list. It's more common among women and gay men, but it is applicable to men.

F-List Celebrity
1. A drop-out, or person who got alot of Fs in school, but is a celebrity amoung peers.
2. Someone who thinks they're awesome, though figures of authority (cops, family, school) look down on them.
Ex1.
Teacher: "Your never going to go anywhere in life!"
F-List Celebrity: "Do you know who I am!? I am an F-List Celebrity at this school biatch!"
Ex2.
Girl: "That guy who tagged the Kwik-E-Mart is so an F-List Celebrity on my list.
