When someone takes a shit between the toilet rim and the toilet seat so that when the next person sits down to take a crap, the previous person's shit gushes out from under the seat like a gusher.

Person 1: "Fuck man, I just got Filipino Gushered bad."
Person 2: "That's tough.."
