When someone is so picky to the point that they reject almost all foods in the food spectrum and do not blame it on their pickiness, but rather, on the fact that their palette is superior to that of others

Nancy: Keenan, do you like pickles?
Keenan: No
Nancy: Do you like olives?
Keenan: No, they're disgusting
Nancy: Do you like hamburgers?
Keenan: No, i don't like the combination of bread and meat
Nancy: Do you like mac' n cheese?
Keenan: No, melted cheese is gross
Nancy: Do you like berries?
Keenan: Depends on what kind of berries....
