An imiginary illness one makes up to avoid socialising with his friends.

Jake - “Hey Ben.... wanna go out for a drink tonight?”

Ben - “can’t the boys. I have footy headache.... my head is throbbing from playing footy.”
Jake - “again? Is that even a thing?”
Ben - “yeh”
Jake - “no worries bro.”
