Freckled blonde

A sparkling wine cocktail created by Paul Hahn for Peju Province Winery, consisting of 1 part late harvest orange muscat, 2 parts sparkling blanc de blancs, and one wedge of cara cara orange. Serve chilled in a champagne flute.

A mimosa is nice, but a Freckled Blonde is fantastic!
