Unusually dense individual that believes he is better than everyone else. Often has some sort of mental conditon

Jim: hey have you seen that guy that thinks hes better than everyone?
Dave: yea he's not had a job in 12 years and his girlfriend left him for being a lying egotistical creep
Jim: He's such a Fred Crow
