Freikorps

The Freikorps were a paramilitary organization operating inside Germany from 1918 to 1923. Many of its members were former soldiers in World War I who struggled to readjust to civilian life. The Freikorps were very nationalistic and ferociously anti-socialist. There wasn't one single ideology that could describe the Freikorps, but the one thing that every member of it had in common was that they were anti-socialist.
