Describing something/someone that is "messed up" (screwed up, out-of-sorts, askew, wonky, etc.).

1. Someone stepped on the heel of my shoe and now it's all fuck-y up-y.

2. Mark couldn't make it to brunch because he got hammered the night before and woke up all fuck-y up-y.
