When you have to go to the bathroom after a long gaming session.

When you get good at a video game, but then lose all your skill at it.

Example 1:
Person 1: I just played pokèmon for 9 hours and had to take a gamer rush.
Person 2: Who are you again?

Example 2:
P1: You know when you just get a gamer rush and then lose the round?
P2: Tell me who you are or I'm calling the police.
