gash rot

Gash Rot has two meanings

1. the effect of a girl not washing her vagina for more than a week (this is tempoary gash rot)

2. what happens when a girl gets an STD and leaves it even if she knows that its there (this is permanent gash rot)

GUY ONE: I heard she has gash rot
GUY TWO: Really?
GUY ONE: Yeah its like an old basement down there, dark dank and moldy
