This phrase is usually used when referring to eating food. If one has been hungry for a long period of time this is then used when they begin to DEVOUR it !!
Mainly used in Mullingar,not sure why!

Me : I've been waiting so long to eat this roll,yum can't wait!!
Mum : Get it inta ya Cynthia !!
