Is used in Israel. Means "leave me alone" (more like Piss Off or Fuck Off), and is accompanied by the appropriately annoyed tone and/or a fake wide smile.

Uri: "Well Dan, are you coming to lunch with me or not?"
Dan: "You asked me 20 times already, get out of my veins, will ya??"
