Founded in 2002, Girl Powder initially started as an online ride share message board for women to connect with one another, and find an alternative to hitch-hiking up to the hill. Girl Powder is now a growing presence on the web and on the slopes. Girl Powder represents a lifestyle and a way of life for the active female.

Girl Powder's mission and purpose: To empower women and broaden awareness of female snow sports through fashionable clothing, online community and monthly events. Also soon comming out with their own line of organic cosmetics for the active female.
