The act of quickly leaving or ditching a group, event or place with little to no explanation. Often used when you need to leave quickly or don't want to explain your departure in detail.

Lin: Shit, I've got class. Gotta momo!
Mae: Where did Lin go?
Grace: She pulled a momo.
