A sexual act in which the male administers a fatal overdose of a drug to the female and then begins sexual intercourse with her--the goal being for the male to achieve orgasm before the female dies.

Friend: "Dude.. where's your girlfriend?"

Me: "Oh, forgot to tell you... I talked her into doing the Grim Reap-Her!"

Friend: "No shit!?! How'd it go?"
