Fleet: „Confirmed, general. Commencing Hellstorm.“

When someone with a UTI and who is extremely dehydrated attempts to perform a golden shower on someone but instead the piss is red and black from the blood and lack of water

e.g Yo the missus came over and instead of a golden shower she gave me a Hellstorm
