Man, I ended up with a nasty case of Hot Scratch after my trip to the Caribbean.

Hot Scratch

A sexual act of the fisting and anal variety. More specifically a hot scratch involves someone inserting their fist into their own asshole or a friends asshole and slowly but firmly opening the hand so that they can scratch the inside of the anus with their fingernails whilst removing themselves from the vicinity.
