Used to express immense love for someone or something but unlike love it is not permanent.

Use lobb for added effect, to be
Mysterious.

Also because the word love was so last century

Eg : omg dude I 'lobb' you so much

(notice it's cute and leaves the reader/receiver wondering wth the person saying)
