An expression used to explain how you diss someone who opposes you. Especially, someone who is jealous of you. Characterized by twirling or spinning around while saying it at the same time. An expression sung in the song "Formation" on the Lemonade CD by Queen Bey (Beyonce Knowles-Carter) that - according to Kenya Moore, is directed at her since”Twirl” is one of her catch phrases stemming from her saying, “I'm gone with the wind fabulous.” Which Kenya characterized; saying it while physically twirling (turning around full circle) at the same time during Season 5 Episode 7 of the reality TV show The Housewives of Atlanta.
