Despite the implied innuendo, an industrial service is when you tip your waiter, waitress, busboy, valet, et cetera to be in on a joke with you, usually at the expense of your friends. An industrial service is not meant to be demeaning to the person being tipped, but more of a joke that you are tipping them to corroborate. Generally done for an inside joke with friends and a good story to tell, or for the vine.
Friend 1: "Man, I was so pissed when that hot waitress tripped me, but you guys were all in on it, so I kinda had to laugh along."
Friend 2: "Wait, we were in on it? What do you mean?"
Friend 1: "Evidently, Friend 3 tipped her so she would do it."
Friend 2: "Is that why she never got my drink right? She just kept giving me waters and club soda."
Friend 1: "No, that one was my industrial service."

1. AKA SIN. Usually a Sunday or Monday night where Bars will give drink specials to those who work in the "Service Industry," and by service industry they only mean other Bartenders, Barbacks, Waiters, Waitresses. Customer Service reps, and McDonalds drive thru workers are not considered part of this crowds service industry. SIN only occurs in areas with high concentration of Hipsters.
2.A night in which the weekend bar tender critiques and comments on the drink pouring of the day time or Sunday/Monday bartender.
When you get done from taking customer complaints at your job with Direct TV make sure to stop by Service Industry Night at the bar... O wait somehow I forgot that only bartenders get discount at service industry night.

An event hosted on a Sunday or Monday (a day that most workers in the hospitality and service industries have off) that offers specials like reduced priced drinks and appetizers.
In this case, the service industry refers to people that you are likely to interact with on a night out - servers, bartenders, mixologists, receptionists, valets etc as well as the back-of-the-house workers like line cooks.
The bar offered half-price shots for Service Industry Night.
