The act of following someone, and to unfollow them as soon as they follow you back. Combination of the words Instagram and Dick Move.

Joe: Yo, how you got so much followers compared to the amount of people you following?! You not even a celebrity!
Bob: Oh, I just pull the Insta-dick Move on a whole bunch of random people.
