Where, immediately after an amusing comment is made, the person to whom the comment was addressed turns around and repeats the comment exaggeratedly and/or mockingly to his/her friend(s).
Person I: You bastard! So you were the one who did that to me. (shakes head and walks away)
Person II (to Person III): Did you hear that? He was just like, "YOU BASTARD!" Hahahaha!
Person III: Why must you incessantly instant replay everything anyone says to you?
Person II: Ha, you were just like, "Incessantly..."

When someone says something extremely retarded or stupid, so much so that calling them slow just won't suffice.

A girl who, from one angle, looks hot, but from another is horribly ugly. Much like how on a football instant replay it may look like a touchdown from one angle, and down at the 1 from another.
Dude #1: I thought that girl in the black over there was hot, then I saw her from another angle, and I saw she was really ugly.
Dude #2: Total instant replay chick.
You watch a decapitation just once and you might get sad or feel something else (fearful, angry), but you watch it 5 or 6 times and you see the humor in it, which is why instant replay makes sense for something like that.
