The single most reassuring phrase you can say, just before or after something stupid is going to happen or has happened.

Whether or not it's true is a different story

"Hrm...I don't know if I should try and jump over this moving car..."

"It's okay, I'm a doctor!"

"Allright, that's all I needed to hear!"
