Itchy Tummy

Used in code when someone is pregnant because it looks as if they have a giant misquito bite on their stomach, so their tummy might be itchy. It can also be used to describe an unfathomble fat person

Amy, on The Secret Life of the American Teenager (the one with the bad acting, but is addicting), has an itchy tummy at a vey young age.
