The highest level of THOT achievable. Other thots tend to migrate toward the JENeral Thot Cummanders usually named Jen. A position of highest respect for otherwise repulsive Thots and Pigeons.
Once she became Jeneral Thot Cummander, Jen gained complete control over all the other pigeons in the coop.
