You would of heard this in grime or UK drill music, such as 67 and SL.

White boy jake is a fagot who no one likes. They are not to be trusted and have issues getting along with others. They like to whistle at other dudes while wearing some colorful shoes. He gets rejected by every girl at his school or job.
