Jake faljean is the most wonderful friend, brother, son, partner and boyfriend. He cares so much about his beautiful girl and remains to brighten the day of his friends. Although he is scared to confront his emotions, fearing that it might make him appear weak but he is one of the strongest and most courageous boy you’ll ever meet! There may be many “jakes” or “jacobs” out there but there is only one “Jake/ Jacob Faljean” and he is the best friend you could ever ask for! Hello, Jake I hope you find this someday and I hope you realize how amazing you are. You helped me and you were there for me when I was alone at one point. You deserve an urban dictionary because you wrote me one and it was the best thing ever. Although at one point I thought I hated you for leaving but I realized that it wasn’t your fault and it is better this way.
