To renege on an agreement. While this phrase is derived from the stereotype of the shrewd Jewish businessperson, it is used more broadly to describe the behavior of anyone who engages in artifice. This phrase is considered inappropriate for polite company because of its divisive origin.

A person of dirty origins who steals the fun/excitement or money from a situation or destroys the fun of others in a jewish manner.
Often associated with people named with anything similar to berg, stein, gold, wealth or combinations of said words

A common occurrence of when an individual may restrict someone's right to an object or thing that they are obliged too often related to funds.
For example:
1. "Mate, Hayley had a full tank when we left and half a tank when we got there, I paid her for 2 tanks worth. SHES JEWING ME OUT!"
1. "The bar just jewed me out of a free pint with the steak"
