Joe Stanley

Noun - A person who cannot drive worth a shit, and has the voice resmbling that of a chipmunk. This person usually uses very gay hand motions/gestures. Also a dick which does not exceed the length of about 2 millimeters.
Adjective - A voice which resembles that of a chipmunk.

Noun - "Hey check out that kid!!" "Wow, he must have one small stanley."
Adjective - "Shit son, that kids voice sounds so stanley, i mean seriously he wouldnt know what puberty was if it came up and punched him in the face."
