When you're talking mad shit, a thing you say whilst gesturing a cap being over your head (in the form of a triangle) to protect oneself from receiving any bad Karma. A way to ward it off.

When one forms a triangle with their hands and place it above their heads to prevent bad luck.

Usually a sports affiliated gesture that is done more out of routine than superstition.

Jake always place a karma cap above his head when talking about the championship game because he doesn't want give his team bad luck.
