I had to pause to give him time to keep up with writing before moving on to the next exercise.
I’m surprised that he actually keeps up with all the bill now that he moved to his own place!

Keeping Up with Thursday

An alternative to 'keeping up with the joneses', although hardly used in the common English lexicon. Other examples include--

A) In expression, used to describe surprise and happiness for the end of the week - Friday, a day in which school is typically over, or for those in work. It can be used also for Thursday itself, for people waiting for the week to be over.

B) A title for a popular webcomic of the same name, about two mousethieves in London with a knack for stealing. The title stems from the fact that the main character, Patrick, was known as the 'Thursday Thief', for his crimes coincidentally happening on that day. Hence, people are trying to 'keep up with Thursday.'

C) A term used to describe the end result of an orgasm during sexual intercourse; the success of a wonderful night in bed with your mate and/or lover. Commonly used in the United Kingdom, though included in the United States in some instances.

This is it--- this is it... Why, I... I... Oh goodness, my love! I can't believe it! I have been keeping up with Thursday! HA HA, this is delicious!

Keeping up with the Kardashians

A common mispronunciation of the title of the television show: Keeping Up With The Shitheads.

I’m going home to watch Keeping up with the Kardashians.

Bro, that’s such a common mistake. It’s Keeping up with the SHITHEADS!

"Hey, you think you're going to get any action tonight?"

"I don't know, man, I haven't been keeping up with the kardashians and she doesn't like going down there when I don't."

Keeping Up with the Kardashians

'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' is the perfect show for you if you like the feeling you get when your brain is disintergrating. I caught a clip of it one time and Kim was unhappy because Kourtney borrowed her things without asking. So basically, the people in it just make a soap opera out of everything that happens in their world of nonsense. If you like 'The Hills', you'll like this. It's exactly the same, except the cast are fatter.

Tracy: I hate it when my parents go on about how much more clever by sister is then me. I wish I was that clever. But, I'd have to spend a lifetime studying to get up to her level.
Lauren: Rather then make yourself smarter, why not just make your sister dumber. Make her watch 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians'. Her brain will turn into mush in no time.

keeping up with the Botwins

Much like 'keeping up with the Joneses', in which a family competes with neighbors to own the coolest home, car, things, and kids; keeping up with the Botwins is the struggle to afford to do so through crime. The name is derived from the Botwin family in the Showtime series Weeds, led by Nancy Botwin, who sells marijuana in order to provide and protect her family, who follow in her criminal footsteps.

I was wondering how the family down the block could afford three Lamborghinis and a Porsche until they got busted by the cops for keeping up with the Botwins.

I'm selling MDMA in order to pay for college loans. Just trying to keep up with the Botwins!
