a female, of younger age usually around 8th or 9th grade who brags about her drug usage even though she doesn't even know how to use the drug. thus being name d'kiddie cocaine' in a sarcastic manner.

Girl #1: ''Omg, look at Laura. She is such a poser.''

Girl #2: ''No, she is one hardcore kiddie cocaine.''

Powdered candy (Like Pixie Sticks) or certain hard candies grinded into powder (Like SweetTarts) used for snorting.

Everyone thought Ryan was a badass because he snorted lines at last night's party, little did they know it was just white kiddie cocaine.
