I surmise the origin is mispronunciation of "gin tonic", enhanced by the assumption that Tony Blair is actually King of England

A pompus asshat fucking hardcore republican. Usually works for Ahaus Tool and Engineering, and wins Engineer of the year. Has no real clue that everyone hates him, and thinks he is the biggest tool on the face of the planet. Metro thinks he rawks. Also is a dick.
