A colloquialism prominent in NZ stoner culture that implies the speaker intends to pursue a goal but in actuality is just going to loaf around with their thumb up their ass and probably smoke pot.

Kiwi Keen:

Kiwi1: "Bro we should like start a band!"
Kiwi2: "KEEN AS BRO!"

Kiwi1: "You'd be fuckin' keen to... (generally a stupid idea follows)"
Kiwi2: "Hard bro!"
