Laundry Head

Any follower of Islam or a terrorist, or diplomat or ruler of a predominantly Muslim country. Ayatollahs and Muzzins are also known as the 'term'. A very derogatory term for the above. i first heard it in the early 70's.

The religious rulers of Iran are just a bunch of Laundry Heads..
