The shittiest way of doing a task. It either doesn't make any sense at all, or doesn't have any logical meaning behind it.

Employee 1: "Have you heard of the new rule about not eating inside offices?"
Employee2: "Yes, it looks like it was done the Leaf way."

The COOLEST way of doing something. One where you sit around and just think and think of the best way until the most perfect answer comes.

The guy that built this amazing architecture would sit around for days thinking about it before executing. He took his time and did it the leaf way.
