A nonsense term used to boggle a fellow flamer, often used when you run out of retorts. Sometimes used for miscellaneous shout outs. Usually, however, it is used as a way to confuse an opponent long enough to pull a trick out of your sleeve, so to speak.
Person 1: Why'd you quit the team?
Person 2: I have to go eat with my family!
Person 1: You should have known beforehand! You just wasted my time, asswipe!
Person 2: Lick the butter, bitch.

Lick Lick Butter is a Jamaican derived term for Love Butter. Now adopted by the UK Lip Balm brand "Lick Lick Butter" actually means to "ready ones lips for carnal pleasure"!
