The groundswell chant heard around the world relating to the 45th President of the United States.

As I stood in the rotunda, surrounded by an expanding ocean of angry Americans, I felt the words, “Lock him up!” come rolling out of my throat.

Lock Him Up

A demand habitually chanted by the angry masses calling for the authorities to arrest somebody, usually without suitable evidence of the somebody's guilt.
