Lucas Breeden. A person with an extreme case of OCD. This OCD includes washing or cleaning hands excessively, the touching of family members and renaming programs that are not his.

Person 1: Yo dude I gave him a high-five and he instantly started washing his hands.

Person 1. Wtf he keeps touching his sister!
