MEAT BOMBER DELUXE

A vehicle that is in very rough shape. usually a very cheap vehicle that is a rust bucket and beat up.

You can also use the term MEAT BOMBER and save the DELUXE part for when it is a extreme pile of junk

People may also say "beater with a heater" or just a beater.
