A combination of the words "meh" and "megabyte". Used to denote a quantity so insignificant, that it doesn't even warrant an accurate file size, as the speaker loses interest before calculating the actual size.

basically means i don't care or anyhting else you may want to use meh for, but you will seem much cooler using mehg!
(could mean yes, no, maybe so, w/e else you want it to)
