mixed up

A synonym for "being or turning bisexual" or "getting curious towards one's other sexual side". That term is derogatory and describes bisexuality from the unilateral point of view of an exclusive homosexual and/or heterosexual stand.

Karla is not completely a lesbian. She is rather... mixed up.

Maybe she is bisexual?

Possibly. But we still love each other dearly.

I have no doubt about that

Mix up and blender

In the Jamaican dialect, mix up refers to a mΓ©lange or mixture of rumours that's usually defamatory or based on gossip. A blender is often used in the Caribbean to make blended drinks or home-made beverages by mixing stuff together. The expression alludes to rumours blending together in a mess as if a blender were at work.

Bare mix up and blender we talk 'bout over yah.
