Murder Tourette's

An enhanced form of regular tourette's syndrome; the person inflicted with Murder Tourette's will have an uncontrollable twitch that causes them to kill the closest person nearby.

Griffin: So do you guys want to hang out tonight?

*Griffin stabs him*

Griffin: ...umm, sorry.

Calin: Holy Shit! What was that!

Steven: It was his Murder Tourette's acting up, he couldn't help it.
