During a hangover, period of illness, or when generally feeling under the weather, enter the shower and push as hard as you can, expulsion of all possible orifices. A complete fluid cleansing.

When sick with the flu, Randy entered his shower and engaged in a NAKED PUSH, resulting in an extravaganza of excrement, snot, sneezing, tears, urine, ejaculate, and throw up. He then tackled the rest of his day with a clean slate.
