Nazi Clown

Similar to a rodeo clown, a nazi clowns job was to go into public areas and distract the jewish citizens while a few hundred yards away, highly trained Nazi Snipers where aiming down sights and prepairing tear gas.

Jew: "Why is there a man with face paint throwing Dimes around?"
