Same as "no dice".

An outright refusal, denial or rebuttal; essentially, shorthand for 'no fucking way'. Also can mean no luck, plans fell through, and not going to happen.

Joe: Hey Johnboy, can I borrow a cigarette?
Johnboy: Negadice!
