‘No sabo’ is a term used for people of Hispanic/Latino descendent that don’t know, or barely speak Spanish. Used for Hispanics/Latinos that try hard to act like they’re one or the other time it’s used is when the person that is Hispanic just doesn’t know Spanish.

A character in the One Piece anime/manga, and the brother of Ace and Luffy, the main protagonist.
Sabo first appeared in episode 494 of the anime, being the Revolutionary Army's chief of staff directly under Dragon. After being thought to be killed by a Celestial Dragon while all three brothers were children and aspiring pirates, he was promptly saved by Dragon although and lost all his memories until the notice of Ace's execution.
