A Noob Roy is someone who is lame as fuck. Noob Roys are often lonely and too scared to try new things.

Example 1:

- Ay bro, wanna come over and smoke some weed?
- Nah man, weed is bad.
- Dude, fuck that. Don't be a Noob Roy!

Example 2:

- Man, we just have to go to that party Sarah talked about!
- I don't know, dude...
- Come on! You fucking Noob Roy.
